…e only to groups where I truly could help people. This has made all of the difference in the world. I want to be there for those that are struggling, but I can’t be there for them if I am stressed, panicked and trying to do too much.
…and this is perfectly fine. Police, Firefighters, and EMT-workers protect the same values. You can’t help others when you put yourself in great danger. You must put yourself first, as hard as it may seem at times. Only then can you give your all in helping others.
Your mental health is as important as your physical health. When you feel depressed and down yourself, it’s better to take care of yourself than trying to help others.
You’re really a bright shining beacon. You radiate joy and happiness in each one of your writings. Even if you talk about less pleasant experiences, you make sure that your reader doesn’t sink down 😁
I appreciate your honesty and wish you and your family lots of joy, even in this chaotic and otherworldly event.
Best wishes to you and your family.
