It got me really good. And I have read those papers too. Thank you for reminding me to smile ๐Ÿ˜

Currently only smiling when my daughter does something adorable. But I want to talk about this article. I believe to remember that there was also a report on the difference between a genuine and a forced smile.

A genuine smile would also activate tiny muscles around our eyes, some of which we could not consciously activate. If these muscles around our eyes donโ€™t move, you can almost be certain that it comes from an ingenuine smile.

But itโ€™s been some time since I read that and Iโ€™d have to fact check that info.
