Currently only smiling when my daughter does something adorable. But I want to talk about this article. I believe to remember that there was also a report on the difference between a genuine and a forced smile.

A genuine smile would also activate tiny muscles around our eyes, some of which we could not consciously activate. If these muscles around our eyes don’t move, you can almost be certain that it comes from an ingenuine smile.

But it’s been some time since I read that and I’d have to fact check that info.
