great article. If you’d like, I have some sort of mini-writing-challenge for you. Currently, Dipti Pande, Gurpreet Dhariwal and I are trying our hands at “historical poetry”, I first wrote a poem about the Spartans and the battle of Thermopylae, not with a challenge in mind. It just came so I challenged Dipti (who then wrote about Robin Hood) and Gurpreet, who wrote about Troy.

Now we got each other new challenges to write poetry about. This time, they dictated my topic, which turned out to be about Alexander the Great. I gave them the 47 Ronin and Joan D’arc in return.
